“大抵の観光地に歩いて行ける上、64番のバス停からもすぐ近くなのでとても便利。ホテルではないので基本的に常駐しているスタッフはいませんが、事前にWhatsApp等でドアの開け方を記したメッセージが届くので、中に入るのに問題はありませんでした。小さなテラスが付いていて気持ちが良かった。ドライヤーは壁付け、ポットあり。チェックアウト時にレセプションにいたスタッフは感じがよく、英語を話していました。 宿自体は何も問題はないのですが、さすがローマ、しかも中心部にあるので観光客だらけ（良くも悪くも）。観光客に優しいお店が至る所にあります。”

“We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were a bit confused on having to pay cash for taxes when we arrived. VRBO mislead us and told us we didn't have to, but in reality we did. Our host was so kind when we had to apologize for the misinformation from VRBO. I would stay at this property again. But don't know if I will be using VRBO ever again!! They need to train their customer support better.”

“We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. ”

“Nice apartment and friendly staff. Good location, most sights can be reached on foot like colosseum, Termini train station, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. The surrounding was quiet and convenient, you can easily find supermarkets, bus stop, restaurants. The apartment had towels, shampoo, and washing machine. We were asked to clean the dishes and throw the garbage ourselves. Overall, we like our stay in Rome.”

“Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. ”

“This place is really a good place however it is very falsely advertised. The place is not “within easy reach to the Colosseum” as stated. In order for one to get to the tourist things in Rome such as Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, etc. an Uber or Taxi is a must! And it adds up at lease 28 € each way (or more depending on time of day). This is not our first time in Rome and I found it very deceiving that the place stated within 5 minutes by car (it was at least 25……

“Very cozy room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is no fancy but essential and sufficient. Just one small thing: The room is equipped with stoves, with pot, cups and spoons, which is nice but surprisingly, no kettle! Luckily we can go to the canteen for hot water to make tea and coffee. The free parking venue is a plus. Supermarket is close by. Overall, I will recommend this place for someone come with car.”
