  • It takes 1,000 butterflies to weigh one pound (.45kg), and the branches on this tree were sagging under the weight. The monarch colony here was quite different than at the more popular El Rosario sanctuary. 40 minutes outside Zitacuaro, near El Capulin, we chartered a couple of tiny mountain horses to take us up the rugged path to view the colony. The monarchs were clustered within a ravine, swirling around a few choice pine trees in search of sunny roosts. Whenever the sun went behind a cloud the butterflies scrambled into the air and back to the safety of the nucleus, knowing that settling down for the night outside the warmth of the colony would mean certain death.

El personal muy atento , la habitación es amplia se ve que la han tratado de modernizar pero falta , el agua caliente hay que pedirla , está súper cerca del pueblo , bien señalizado solo ojo la dirección en Expedia está errónea búsquenlo como hotel mansión , tiene área de niños y piscina. Está bien para solo ir a dormir

Honestamente las fotos es único bien que tiene; difícil de dar con la propiedad por qué no tiene ningún anuncio o letrero, atención mediocre, opciones de comida promedio, ropa de cama sucia, internet que no sirve, TV sin servicio, instalaciones mal puestas, cero servicio de amenidades de baño. Honestamente una total decepción y lo peor es que está rodeado de opciones mejores. Lamentablemente mala estancia. Evitar a menos que tu idea sea pasarlo de forma difícil y lejano al pueblo.

Casi perfecto

Buena atención y disponibilidad para atender dudas. No único que no funciona es el intenet. En la página se dice que se ubica a 3 min caminando del Museo Hermanos Rayón, eso es incorrecto, se encuentra a 15, deberían modificar esa información.

Los cuartos muy bonitos, solo recomiendo que fumiguen debido a que el cuarto que me tocó había demasiadas arañas, alacránes y animalitos como los 100 pies y eso fue muy desagradable. Y que la limpieza traten de ser más minuciosos, encontré jabón ya usado y cabellos en las almohadas.

El loft es una opción moderna y cómoda para hospedarse en Tlalpujahua. Su diseño abierto le da un estilo contemporáneo, aunque podría beneficiarse de una mejor ventilación. Un detalle que nos sorprendió fue la ausencia de un espejo en el baño. La falta de agua caliente puede ser un inconveniente, ya que depende de calentadores solares. La televisión no cuenta con servicios de streaming, y la conexión a internet es limitada, lo que, dependiendo del enfoque del viaje, puede ser una ventaja para desconectarse del mundo. Sin embargo, las amenidades del hotel al que se tiene acceso son muy cómodas, y el personal es sumamente amable. Descansamos muy bien, y como familia de tres nos sentimos a gusto. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos.
