"Eduardo was always helpful for any questions we had. I think the most important feature for us visiting from the U.S. was safety. The huge 4 bedroom house is located in a gated community. You have to show your ID every time you enter the complex AND then again when you go through ANOTHER security gate. The guards take their job seriously and we felt safer than home in California"

The staff was very helpful and responsive on whatsapp; that worked great for us given our limited spanish; they helped arrange a balloon ride and tours. Some of the staff have great english; the others use their phones to translate; everyone was always open and accommodating!
