“This property is a hotel resort and casino. We look forward to playing on the casino floor and it turns out they are doing an upgrade, which meant that if you had a win at the machines they had to hand pay you instead of receiving a ticket. It was extremely cumbersome and took away the fun. They also couldn't print players cards that customer wasn't eligible for any of the rewards.
