"Very convenient to Toba train station, with a beautiful view of the water from our 3rd floor Japanese tatami room. Expedia offer included a very extensive (fresh sashimi, sushi, many options for Japanese style and other entrees, plus a variety of desserts) dinner buffet and a great breakfast buffet. Enjoyed a very nice bath before dinner at the gendered public baths, private baths are available (and necessary if you’ve got tattoos), and another set of baths in an open air onsen area. Yukata robes provided, it’s fine to appear at dinner and breakfast in these inside the hotel! Very enjoyable stay."

"Fantastic. Wonderful resort property overlooking a bay. Peaceful, serene and scenic. The hotel will pick you up at the Toba train station and drop you off. For our purposes, it worked better when we rented a car for 24 hours so we could explore the Ise-Shima National Park and go do an Ama Hut about 30 minutes away. Pick ups and drop offs arranged ahead of time with the front desk. The best part of the hotel was the Onsen. When we were there, it wasn't crowded at all and the outdoor Onsen overlooks the bay. Large hot baths and a small cold plunge that wasn't too cold. It was just right for a quick cooling plunge. A couple of outdoor chairs to sit and dry off. The only thing to plan for is there is not a konbini close by so a car would come in handy. For late dinners, the train station is a 15 minute walk away. We found a sushi kaiten open til 10pm right by the station. Highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Toba"

"We decided to come even if we don’t have a dog, but this was not a problem. Of course, you have to like dogs, because most people come with their dogs. But everyone is very respectful. The staff is always helpful and adorable. The bedroom was wide, clean and the view on the ocean is beautiful. The dinner & the breakfast were delicious, a mix of fish, meat, veggies… We stayed 2 nights and we were positively surprised that they made an effort to serve us a few different dishes for our second dinner and breakfast. Onsen is small but very nice and comfortable. Perfect after a long day around in Toba or the islands around. We loved our stay very much! Thank you!"

"Staff was helpful, especially patient with my language barrier. The room was clean except for behind the tv console. The building is pretty old but in good repair. Not close to stores or restaurants, but is close to the beach visible from the balcony outside my room. They have arcade games for children and ping pong for older ones. Very comfortable, large room with both western and Japanese options for sleeping."
