"Our hotel room were suppose to be side by side , I originally booked two rooms one room ,one bed and one room two beds but all they had at the time were two rooms with two beds which we did not want . I personally call before and advise on what we will like to have so our rooms were not separated . All the had were separated rooms which were not bad because it was just few doors down . The hotel is clean , friendly staff great parking , beautiful pool area food delicious but our best part is receiving a call from there assistant manager/ manager Natasha who came over during our breakfast and meet with us in regards to our rooms being separated . She was very very professional extremely nice she gave us a complementary lunch with drinks .Not forgetting she even let us do a late check out . We will definitely be going back next year when we vist . Thanks Natasha see you soon"
