“This hotel is American style, very different from the hotels in my last journey. The staff are so sweet helping my email printing. The breakfast is so adorable and abundant. You need to have a car to stay here. However, $5 for parking in the hotel can be considered. After all, there are many parking space around the hotel.”

“The people at the desk and in the breakfast room were kind and helpful. After I inquired about the town and a little of its history the man at the desk gave me the most wonderful run down about the Papal Palace and Italian history in general. I had a blast hearing about the world from his well-considered point of view.”

“Calm,safe,and parking easily. Kind of remote country, so driving arriving in daytime is easier than night. Helpful and hospitality host. Breakfast is good with cut fresh vegetables and fruits. Herbs bathing supplies are very good. 安靜，安全，停車方便。算是很偏僻的鄉間，所以日間開車抵達飯店比夜晚開車的好。非常樂於助人，熱情好客的主人。很棒的早餐，有切好的新鮮蔬果。草藥的盥洗用品非常棒。”

“Het is een eenvoudig, maar heel goed ingericht onderkomen in een prachtige omgeving. Wij waren zonder ut. Dat is wel een handicap omdat je wat verder van de stad en het openbaar vervoer zit. Maar we konden dit prima oplossen met een taxi, dis ons voor een schapelijk bedrag naar de stadt bracht of ons daar ophaalde als we dat wilden”

“You will simply not find another B&B like this. Federica is like visiting your sister or a kindly friend. She will make you breakfast every morning whatever you like and you can eat it on your cute little balcony. This hotel is very close to the lake and all restaurants within a few minutes walk. Our room had two beds. One was a larger queen sized and one was a single with a memory foam topper. The larger bed had a harder mattress, but I always travel with a foam topper. “This is an INCREDIBLE property! Beautiful landscaping, 10 min. drive from Bagno Regio. The breakfast they served was over the top delicious with home made treats, fresh ricotta cheese, and a wide variety of choices. They make a caffe/espresso for you. Couldn't recommend this place any higher, extraordinary property and service!”
