Not only was the TV screen broken but the desk staff (male) didn't seem to give a crap and made an excuse that the cable was cut,,,and yet it was working in other areas, he just didn't want to replace the TV or move me to another room for the night! The general building Maintence could be improved as all the small things (flickering lights,loose toilet seat ,flapper valve in toilet sticking etc.) all eventually add up to a run down building! *On a positive note,,,the AC and shuttle service was good!

It is Ok for a few hours

This property is located very close from the airport, it is ok if you are going to stay for a few hours waiting for a connection flight, however, the property is in very bad condition. They offer free shuttle service to the airport.

It got the job done for the price, for an overnight layover close to the airport. That is if you are just looking for a place to crash for one night. Staff were helpful and courteous which is probably the property's best asset.

I always stay here at this hotel. Its not 5 star but its convenient affordable and close to the airport. The staff are so sweet especially the beautiful lady with the green eyes at the front desk. She always ensures that im comfortable and I understand whats being said in Spanish. The rooms and bathrooms are really nice but if you look from the outside you would have no idea. The wifi works perfectly and the bathroom are built like modern homes.The only suggestion I would give the property manager is to clean the outside of the compound and paint because closed minded people would turn away. Other than that, I will be back very soon. I always stop at this place when visiting panama even if its for a day because I travel for work.
