Nice room, terrible breakfast

Nice room, perfect surroundings but breakfast was one of the worst we've ever tried. The bread was SO dry, the warm dishes was emptied out at 8.15 and wasn't filled up within the next 30 minutes.

BE BIO Hotel be natural er et dejlig hotel med en skøn udsigt til vandet. Der er rent og pænt på hotellet og de har en dejlig restaurant hvor man får skøn morgenmad og kan købe lækker aftensmad. Personalet er venlige og hjælpsomme så alt i alt en dejlig oplevelse at være gæst.

Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet und Sauber . Im Inter war leider eine Speisekarte die seid Wochen nicht mehr aktuell ist . Zum Frühstück mussten wir in das andere bebio Hotel . Zu Fuß leider weit weg . Da wir Unmengen an Schnee hatten mussten wir erstmal mit viel Kraft die Hoteltür öffnen. Bis zur Abreise wurde dort auch nicht geräumt. Das Frühstück war nicht so toll . Auf Nachfrage , da viele Sachen nicht da waren, bekamen wir die Antwort:“ Da wir hauptsächlich nur Geschäftsleute hier haben lohnt es sich nicht alles anzubieten. Die essen nicht alles . „Private Kunden zählen also nicht . In der Hauptsaison mag es ja vielleicht anders sein aber außerhalb nicht zu empfehlen.

Echt tolles Hotel, die Zimmer sind vor kurzem Renoviert schön modern und einladend. Das Preisleistungsverhältniss ist sehr gut (oder wir hatten einfach nur Glück). Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten, es ist lecker und die Auswahl kann sich sehen lassen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die bombastische Lage direkt an der Eider in dem Zusammenhang haben wir uns schon über den vergleichsweise günstigen Preis gewundert. Direkt nebenan gibt es ein wirklich tolles Freibad, eine Skaterbahn ,einen Spielplatz und einen Freizeitpark ( Fußballfeld etc.). Fußläufig sind mehrere gute Restaurants. Für Ruhesuchende gibt es direkt am Hotel auf der Wiese direkt an der Eider Strandkörbe . Sankt Peter Ording ist mit dem Auto 25 Minuten entfernt, zu den tollen Stränden da muss ich jetzt nichts sagen. Wir sind begeistert und kommen mit Sicherheit nochmals in dieses Hotel. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.

Vi kom lige fra et værelse på 35 kvm så her var lidt trængt. Vi havde været afsted i 14 dage og havde to kufferter med. De var lidt svære at stille fra sig i det lille værelse. Værelset var sådan set flot. Det var lige blevet renoveret, men det sidste var ikke blevet lavet. Noget at lyset var ikke tilsluttet endnu, så der hængte løse ledninger. De små sengelamper er mere til pynt end til at læse ved. Den ellers flotte håndvask i badeværelset er noget så upraktisk. Armaturet er alt for stor og er i vejen, når håndvasken skal bruges. En rigtig fin altan. Ved ankomsten fik vi nogle kurbilletter udleveret. De skulle gælde til alle strande i Schleswig-Holstein, ja iflg. teksten, men vi spurgte i receptionen for en sikkerheds skyld, men hun anede ikke til hvilke strande de gjaldt. Det skal så lige siges at de IKKE gælder til St. Peder Ording - en af de mere kendte strande i Schleswig-Holstein Der var maskepligt ved morgenbuffeten, men det blev overhovedet ikke håndhævet. Personalet kunne stå og spørge nogle gæster uden maske om deres værelsesnummer uden at minde dem om maskepligten. Så det hver eneste morgen vi var der. Sidst men ikke mindst kunne hotellet ikke se vores betaling vi havde lavet i juni måned, da vi bookede via Hotels.com. Vi betalte dog ikke igen og håber de finder betalingen. Ellers bliver det et anliggende mellem hotellet og Hotels.com

We had 3 rooms which were all different sizes for the same amount of money. Ask for a larger one. It was a very hot Saturday evening and they closed the pool, the main reason we booked there, at 7pm. Not many restaurant options nearby. Mostly a holiday resort for locals, it seems.

Leider sehr schwaches bzw. gar kein WLAN im Zimmer. Wir hatten auch ein Zimmer am Ende des Flurs. Das Zimmer hatte einen leicht muffigen Geruch (dicke Auslegware und in die Jahre gekommene Möbel). Sehr gut der Ausblick auf die Eider.

Küche war nur eingeschränkt in Betrieb steile Treppe - von vier Lampen nur eine in Betrieb eine der defekten Lampen hatte offen liegende Elektrokabel Toilette so eng, dass man nur schräg darauf sitzen konnte Toilettenpapierhalter weit hinten, schlecht zu erreichen In der Dusche keine Ablage für Duaschgel oder Shampoo trotz "Nicht stören" Schildes kam der Putztrupp herein Trotz kalter Witterung war täglich die Heizung abgestellt, wenn wir zurückkamen Raucher müssen bei Regen im Nassen stehen die letzten Tage war auf dem dunklen Flur nur noch die Notbeleuchtung an einen Tag vor der Abreise waren unsere Karten deaktiviert. Das beste am Hotel war das griechische Restaurant auf der anderen Straßenseite
