Great Ucluelet B&B close to Wild Pacific Trail

My wife and I recently chose to stay at the Ocean Mist Guesthouse B&B in Ucluelet for a 2 night anniversary getaway. Our hosts Rod and Kelly were amazing! From our initial arrival until final departure, they made us feel comfortable, welcome and were gracious hosts. The Uncle John room (king bed) was lovely and was very nicely appointed. It was very clean and quiet. The breakfast both mornings were amazing! After busy days of exploring both Tofino and Ucluelet, we were grateful to come "home" to our restful room. It really did seem like a home-away-from-home. We will gladly return to stay at Ocean Mist next time we are in Ucluelet. We will be glad to recommend staying here to anyone that may be visiting the area. Thanks for the great stay Rod and Kelly! Al and Allison

It was perfect, quiet and gorgeous. We were there on a short honeymoon and it was exactly what we needed, Kelly is fantastic and the meals.......wow is all we can say! We cannot wait to go back and stay again, we had a couple of perfect wonderful days.

We hebben hier 2 nachtje geslapen. Ruime kamer. Zeer netjes schoon. Omdat het in de winter niet wordt verhuurd rook het een beetje muf. Maar na 1 dag was dat weg. De eigenaren zijn zooooo vriendelijk. En het ontbijt wat s morgens gebracht wordt is overheerlijk.

Spacious, comfortable suite incl breakfast

This romantic, lovely decorated large suite has everything you need to vacation in comfort while exploring Ucluelet. Your hosts, Rod and Kelly, are so friendly and will make you feel right at home. Each morning, a full, delicious home prepared breakfast is delivered to your room. We spent three nights here and were pleasantly surprised each morning with a different menu. If we ever return to this Canadian village, we'll certainly return to this gem.

Great B&B in Ucluelet

We so enjoyed our stay here in the Uncle John room. Located near the end of Peninsula Road and had partial ocean views. Our room included a private balcony with rocker and Adirondack chair. Mini-kitchen was handy for our snacks. Coffee and tea/hot chocolate provided and replenished. Home does have a private entrance for the B & B, (has 2 rooms only) but note that for people with mobility issues the stairs may pose a problem. Very clean, and well appointed with a comfortable bed and menu of pillows. Shower/tub combo had a hand-held shower head. Gourmet breakfast is brought to your room on a tray. Very tasty and lovely presentation. The innkeepers are very knowledgeable about the area. Walk or drive to Wild Pacific Trail. The Lighthouse loop is very close and has lots of benches and great views. We tried the Cedar Grill in town and enjoyed their food. Reasonable for that area. Note that they rent to adults only.

Wonderful & comfortable

We loved staying at Ocean Mist B&B. The room was spacious, even with three of us. The king bed was very comfortable and the view from the dining table and deck was lovely. And walking to the Wild Coast Trail lighthouse loop was very convenient. Ucluelet is a charming town. I was celebrating my 60th birthday and Rod & Kelly brought me a lovely card & box of chocolates. Just wished we'd stayed a few more nights!

Es war Perfekt!!!!! Das Zimmer war eins der besten Zimmer das wir in diesem Urlaub bewohnt haben . Wir waren drei Nächte dort .Super sauber ,tolles Bett ,kleine Terrasse mit Meerblick ,kleine Ecke mit Kühlschrank Kaffeemaschine,Toaster usw ! Es war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem tollen Bad ! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett jeden Morgen wurde und ein Frühstück auf dem Zimmer serviert was mit viel liebe gemacht wurde ! Es gibts nicht zu moppern !!

The Perfect B&B -- Ocean Mist

We've traveled a lot, stayed in lots of B&Bs. The Ocean Mist B&B is among the very best we've ever experienced. Our suite was large, airy, elegantly furnished, and immaculately clean. Breakfasts were made to order. The hosts were friendly, gracious, and kind. We stayed six days, could happily have stayed much longer. The whole experience was fabulous.

Wunderbar!

Wir verbrachten 3 Nächte in diesem wunderschönen B&B. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pazifik. Morgens sieht man sogar Rehe im Garten. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile. Das eigene Bad ist sehr modern. Das ganze Hause macht einen sehr moderenen und sehr sauberen Eindruck. Leider konnten wir die Terasse nicht nutzen, da wir die drei Tage dauerregen hatten. Das gesunde Frühstück wurde morgens im Zimmer serviert. Es war immer frisch zubereitet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Wild Pacifik Rim. Nach Tofino fährt man ca. 30 Minuten, dort befinden sich auch sehr viele Restaurants und Shops. Ucluelet ist etwas kleiner, es gibt nur wenige Restaurants, und es kann abends zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen. Wenn wir wieder kommen, dann sehr gerne wieder ins Ocean Mist Guesthouse.
