"Great location and ski in ski out. Small but comfortable room for family of 4, Onsen is a blessing! It’s a little tired, super busy hotel. Outrageously priced buffet dinner, go elsewhere. Free shuttle makes that easy, but make sure you book all offsite options."

"Overall very nice accommodation and the shuttle driver was very nice. However, whoever actually manages the property really needs to do better with communication. The day of my arrival I was still trying to figure out how to actually get to and check into the property since no instructions were provided. ..."
