The hotel is very new and the dinning area of the room is the best part of the stay. Since it is located at a small lane, it is not car friendly, so there is no drop off place at the entrance, and you have to drive your car out of the lane if there is a car approaching.

非常舒適乾淨，房間裝修和窗外景色都很滿意，空間亦很大很舒適，附近亦有美麗河景、Cafe、小店餐廳。老闆很友善，回覆速度很好。建議可增設洗衣機。再去京都也會再預約，絕對會推薦給朋友。

Excellent experience of the service and the environment of the hotel. However, there are some little issues was found in the room but can be resolved quickly by the staff. There is 2-3 mins walking time from subway station or bus stop, it is extremely convenience for the transportation.
