"Fantastic location and incredible view. Excellent breakfast even though very expensive. Bookstore with a coffee shop where you can linger and have a good cup of coffee. Most things are for a fee (pool etc) But it's one of the most restful places. You do need a cab to get to points of interest, but it's all worth it."

"Location is convenient and near a lot of restaurants and shops. Hotel is clean. The breakfast is Korean food only. There’s no food service available after breakfast, so you must get food somewhere else. Luckily, lots of options around."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Lotte Hotel Ulsan. The air conditioning was a standout, it kept the room wonderfully cold, exactly how I like it! Coming back to such a cool room after exploring the city felt amazing. I also loved the shower. The water and overall shower experience were refreshing and made it easy to unwind after a long day. A properly cold room and a satisfying shower make a big difference to me, and those were highlights of this stay. I would happily return on my next visit to Ulsan!"

"The location was great as we also visited Gyeongju world. Options around the hotel for food outside are very limited so ended up going into the town every evening. Unfortunately the concierge were not very helpful when we asked questions on how best to see the sites, but just ended up using the internet to build our own itinerary. We had a family room for 4 but there were only 3 towels, 3 robes etc.. the first day we asked for extra, but then had to ask every other day. The buffet was good."
