"The best hotel you will ever experience! The biggest plus is the Daiba train station that’s located directly outside the hotel and makes traveling around Tokyo so smooth. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are both comfortable and prepared for anything that you may need. The bar has the most incredible view of the Tokyo tower and delicious drinks/snacks! Their Chinese restaurant Toh-Lee is also incredible and is a must try! We found our forever hotel and couldn’t be more impressed with their quality of service in all aspects. "The property was immaculate and the hotel staff were all amazing. We initially booked a room with 2 regular twin beds and 2 futon sleep on the floor type of beds for the kids. The futons were a little hard so they transferred us to a room with four individual beds. Regular television was limited to all Japanese channels only a couple in English, but it was random when they were in English. Location was perfect for a family. attached to a mall with hundreds of restaurants and stores. Lots of activities to do for kids. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo."

"Excellent hotel, very clean and lots of staff to help. Lounge access as part of room helped avoid the crowds and get a drink and snack in the day. Less queues for breakfast in the lounge but still plenty of options. Outdoor pool nice and relaxing, a few to use but that is part of the service and so relaxing. Hotel really close to Disney line and so if going to the parks excellent, can use the monorail to go into Tokyo as well on connecting trains Overall excellent hotel ideal for Disney"

"This hotel exceeded my expectations and would be so much more expensive in the US. Location was close to the Tokyo airport and only 2 blocks away from the airport shuttle bus which is more affordable than an Uber and faster and more convenient than the metro when going to the airport. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, also decorated nicely. Usually hotels look better in the photos but this hotel is even nicer in person. The amenities were great too. Loved the complimentary bath and salt oils, the Japanese lounge wear/pjs, and the breakfast was excellent. Also we used the laundry room several times. Very easy to use and convenient. Staff was very kind and helpful. And there is 24hrs grocery store right across the street. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Our stay in Tokyo was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was incredibly convenient, the property was beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay. Traveling with my daughter made convenience especially important, and this hotel made everything so easy. We loved being so close to Tokyo Disney Resort, while still having a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after long days of exploring. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the views were an added bonus. Every detail made the stay feel special. The service was truly outstanding, and we felt taken care of from check-in through check-out. This was our first trip to Tokyo, and staying here made the experience even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo—especially families visiting Disney Resort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
