Was a great place to stay as a family of four. So much space and great quiet area not far from shops or train station. The only downside was that the room could have been cleaned better.

The room was spacious and the location was ideal for us. However, the staff was very bad and lacked customer service. The guy with blonde hair was awful and appeared as if he hated tourists and his job. The room also has a motion sensor light inside the room feet from the beds and they kept going on all night even with no motion near, don’t understand why they have that light. It makes zero sense and there is no way to turn it off. Remove them! We won’t stay again due to the horrible staff behavior.

We are a family of 4 with kids age 8/10. They love this hotel that I booked for our first trip to Tokyo. We love the space in the room. The room is well equipped with everything we need. The washer/dryer is great for our everyday laundry. We also love how our air conditioner is strong to keep us cool at night. Will definitely book back again.

It is in a quiet and safe residential area. However, it is a walking distance to the Iriya station. One needs to transit to another major train line in order to get to the popular places. Everything else in the hotel is above average. No additional amenities for refill were available at the lobby like other hotels.

Good: The room is cozy and large. Price is affordable. Room and surrounding environment is quiet Supermarket nearby with 1 min walk Bad: One station away from Ueno but not many shops and restaurants are here. No front desk staff you need to communicate remote with staff, in case of problem. In general, it is good and have nice living experience in here although the station is a bit of far away from city.
