Please understand this is not my first time visiting Japan, but this is the worse time because of your hotel.
First I am not sure if the hotel have any postal service, and I checked your website on the internet and send the question through the website email. When I send the email the website has asked me whether which location, which APA hotel I am staying in, which I have already selected before I press "send". However your staff replied my email and ask me again which and where is the hotel I am referring to. After my second email to your hotel, there is no feedback until now. (a week over already)
Second the said double bed is only 1.2 meter ? Are you serious? I have been to many budgeted hotel and expensive hotels, and never experienced a double bed is with 1.2 meter only. The duvet is too small for two people, and I got a flu because of the small duvet! The custom has chased me because my high temperature when I get through the Airport!!!

For the shower water, it's terrible, sometimes it's cold and sometimes it's hot, is there anything wrong on that?
The Air conditioner is just right on the top of the bed, it's easy to make people get sick, when i press 24degree, sometimes it's cold and sometimes it's warm. I could not get used to the temperature.
