This hotel is ok. The main issue is that the rooms are as small as closets. Was unable to open up my big suitcase in the room. Kept the do not disturb sign up in order for the room not to be serviced because it was impossible to store our three suitcases such that the maid could attend to the room because it was just so small. Also, this is to be expected, but the subway station is very crowded since it's the station next to Shibuya station. We got packed in like sardines multiple times. Just very uncomfortable. I would rather stay further away from the action and have a bigger hotel room and a more comfortable experience. Also, they will charge you for storing your luggage and will only let you store one item per person. So my wife and I would not have been able to store our luggage with them since we had 3 pieces of luggage. Thankfully we arrived in Tokyo right when checkin was so we didn't run into that problem. The hotel was clean and nice though, so if you don't mind staying in a very small room in a very crowded place, then it would be a good, affordable option. Just wasn't for me I guess.
