I have a two nights stay in this hotel. The first day the hotel has forgotten to provide mineral water to me at first, but somehow the staff give it back to me on request. Room was clean, tidy and without smell of smoke, which is great for non-smoker like me. Front desk staff do not understand English well so should learn a bit of Japanese for ease of communication. Kiba itself has no place to visit, and i couldn’t say convenient to move to elsewhere as it takes me for about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest JR station.

APA hotels are always good. Common price but high quality.
The staff could hardly understand English!
Breakfast was nice, traditional Japanese plus few western items!

Small room with noisy air-conditioner. They repiled 'no problem' in Japanese and no one can speak in English at night and fix the room problem. Most of staff do not understand English!! And they are not willing to solve room problem!! I will not come again and total disappointed!
