By day it's just another narrow alleyway common in Tokyo, but at night the street turns into a mini nightlife area for the salarymen of Tokyo. With numerous tiny #bar lining up, the nickname comes from the fact in the past so many drunk salarymen doing their "bussiness" there because there's no toilet anywhere in this alleyway. Today, regulation has been set in the area so it is a lot cleaner than before. The alleyway is very narrow and can only fit at maximum 2 people at a time so be mindful of your surrounding when visiting especially when there's many drunk people walking by from the bars. The bars are also very tiny and can only fit less than 10 people at a time. If you are not claustrophobic give them a try, it's a special experience on its own :)

This place was amazing! The directions to get to it were so well thought out by the host, we were initially worried, but the host made it so easy! The place is in a great location. Very clean, safe, and close to the metro. I am so glad I booked this place and would recommend it to anyone!

Very clean and nice spot. It was central to almost everything. Only downside was having one towel per each person, wish there were more. Check in was easy, beds were comfy. Would highly recommend and would come back.

Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level. We would call loved ones and share our experiences and a laugh and would get a knock on the wall. Felt like we were walking on eggshells just for laughing and talking (note, this was during the daytime). For the most part, we enjoyed our stay here.
