床太硬，冷氣中央晚晚半夜熱醒，瞓得好差 ，日日出入需要坐 接駁巴士，否則坐的士，但2間酒店名太相近，好多的士會去錯山腳的新酒店，坐的士一定要小心，最惨就是車站無便利店，酒店亦無便利店，如果有每晚去便利店習慣，就要預早其他地方買回去，否則回酒店無飲品

品川車站門口有接駁車可以搭，20分鐘就有一班非常方便。飯店乾淨又舒適，房間以東京都來說算很大，交通位置方便是個很棒的住宿環境

还是日本老牌高档酒店的风格，服务和清洁度都不错。只是房间还是略小且装修也比较旧了。 和樱花塔/新高轮共用的庭院很不错，从房间看东京景色也不错～

很棒的住宿環境
除了房間的燈光稍嫌昏暗外，其它部份都很棒，地點佳，服務良好，有優美的庭園景觀，有機場巴士直達很方便^^

大廳有整修，房間沒有整修比較舊，但整體乾淨舒適，飯店位置在山坡上，推行李走路上去蠻吃力的

Wonderful location and good staff
Staff arr all very friendly and helpful. Location is great, 8 mins walk to JR Shinsgawa station. U can find convenient store and supermarket there. My favourite coffee in Japan also located at the station ~ There is a Garden in the backyard of the hotel. If you are lucky, u can see different flower in different season~

Great hotel Great location.
The lobby is extremely beautiful. make a big contrast when comparing with the room. But the location is great at Shinagawa. 8 mins walk to JR station. The Garden at the backyard is amazing too. The staff were all very helpful to help us to search and book the restaurant that we would like to go .

愉快的家庭旅遊經驗!!
客房大,床也很舒適,飯店的清掃人員也很盡責幫忙整理環境,飯店所在位置可以看到東京鐵塔,也不再大馬路上,空氣也比較清新一點,唯一的缺點是距離品川站比較遠,每次到飯店都要上山走一段路!!

This was a very expensive 3 day trip. We paid about $1,500 for 3 days. The hotel overall was fine. The room was incredibly outdated. The bed and pillows were rock solid and it was the worst sleep I had during for 2 week trip in Japan. The pools were closed which was a shame. The restaurants closed really early so we didn’t really eat in the hotel. We paid extra for club lounge, but the club lounge breakfast was mediocre at best, and all the food was cold. Close to the train but far enough away from everything else that it made it a bit of a nuisance to go places. The garden in the back was pretty but wasn’t anything special. Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price. It’s WAY too overpriced.

Hotel is located in a convenient location close to subway and train stations. Staff is very courteous, pleasant and professional. Overall property is well kept and it has lots of traditional charm. Amenities and furnishing may be a bit outdated, but it is also part of the charm to this hotel.
