Previously we read comments about the smallness of the rooms, but we were happily amazed by the size of our twin bed room located at the end of the hall way. Given the price and the usual sizes of Tokyo hotels, the room was actually quite spacious for the money. Some other previous guests also complained about self-check in problems. But our check in went smoothly. The robots were hilariously creepy, though. Staff was still available if you need human assistance. We requested additional pillows and got them soon. Location is excellent, only 3-5 minute walk from the Monorail and the JR station. And there are a lot of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, some open 24 hours. The only disadvantage was the Irish pub on the first floor - it becomes the breakfast place in the morning. It can get very, very loud in the evening. If I travel via Haneda Airport again, I'll definitely rebook this hotel for the future stays.
