Small, clean room. Staff was very helpful when I needed to add a day to my stay, and when I needed things delivered to the hotel. Hotel luggage forwarding service won't deliver to airports, but there is a Yamoto office one street over.

I was not so sure when I made the booking, but as I arrived the staff were super helpful and were ready and willing to help. It’s in the perfect area as shopping, food and everything is nearby. My room was the smallest I’ve ever had, but it’s Tokyo and is expected. If I was not alone it may have been an issue for me. All in all I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.

Great spot to crash in Tokyo on the first night. Small room but very clean and the staff was great! If you need a spot near Ueno Station this just a couple blocks away after you come up onto the street and there are lots of good little places to eat all around.
