The room is a bit old and my bathroom got a overflow problem. Luckily the staff is able to come up with a solution and I will probably stay here next time if a complimentary stay is offered.

機能方便，位置適中。
在澀谷購物後可先回飯店放東西休息，再繼續行程。附近就有Family Mart, 樓下還有Pronto可用餐或喝杯飲料，可惜這次沒機會用。沒多遠就是PARCO與其他shopping mall，很適合住這裡買東西、吃東西。房間空間跟商務飯店相比，也算比較大。

這個價格其實沒什麼好挑剔.鄰近澀谷站.周邊都是購物景點吃喝玩樂於一身….房間每天都有人打掃得細緻整潔….第一次入住這家飯店….一直以來都是住新宿站附近飯店，想不到SHIBUYA TOBU HOTEL 勝價比這麼高，有機會會再入住.謝謝讓我有一個這麼棒的住宿體驗.

quite good location: walking to Harajuku, Omatesando, Aoyama, Yoyogi Park, and of course a few corners you're right in almost all interest spots in SHIBUYA. 1 x familymart and 1 x 7-11 just within 20 steps from entrance, quite yet good accessibility from everything. room has enough space to flat-out two x 99L+ huge luggage. comparatively spacious than most of the hotels we've stayed in Japan. clean room. not the newest / latest hardware but I'd say it's above the acceptable range for comfort level.

Hardware 有待改善 廁所陝細，沒有空間或掛勾擺放衣物。沒有行李架，喼只好放地下，很不方便。
住了四天，房間打掃有改善空間，飲過的水杯多天也不清洗，毛巾供應不足，要致電索取。整體可以接受。已說了很多，已沒有其他補充意見。

Right next to the Shibuya Parco, the hotel puts you steps away from the Scramble and the incredible set of stores in Shibuya. This hotel fit my needs. It was very dated. The bed was very hard. It was noisy on weekends. Laundry facility had dated machines. It was convenient that is was so close to central Shibuya. You will need to walk a bit to find a taxi since most are closer to the Scramble.

Over all is not bad I stay total 6days but the room have no heat for 2 days because the system is down .They need 2days to fix the problem.But hotel location is very good .Easy to go everywhere.Subway,bus stations is few min.walking distance.Shubuya station is a big station easy to transfer to different city.As a whole not bad.
