It was the perfect place for someone who has never been to Japan before. It was near lots of places and it had lots of things included with your reservation that other places would charge extra for.

The room is really clean and equipped with microware, washer and dryer and stove. It is like living at home. The location is very convenient between 2 metro stations and food and shops are with 3 mins walk. Staff is very well communicated. The one bedroom design is great for family staying. Will definitely repeated when coming back to Japan again.

The location is close to trains, food and convenience stores. It was a bit more narrow than expected and luckily it was a second floor walkup. Living room wasn't too clean and the sofa bed was very painful to sleep on. Overall it was a good experience.

Our stay at Shinjuku16 was great. Online checkin was easy and the host provided the key codes to get into the main building and room in advance of our arrival. The accommodation was well sized with all the necessary amenities provided. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, water, ice, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent for the in room all-in-one washer and dryer unit. Wi-fi was available as were all the basic kitchen necessities should you want to cook in the room. However, the unit was conveniently located right next to the subway so going out to eat was much more convenient. This was a great place for our stay and we would happily book again in the future!

Great location and not too far from the main hub. 10 min walk to shinjuku station or 1 min walk to okubo if you are in a hurry. Local restaurants and convenience stores within feet of the location. Love the washer and dryer in the unit that is included with the stay. No complaints at all. First floor unit was a bonus for us with 4 luggage. A bit small compared to other places we’ve stayed but it was expected. Overall a great place. Zero complaints.
