Gardeners Reward Villa is located literally steps from the most consistent surf break in all of the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua.

This beautiful home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bath in the main house plus a 5th bedroom in a detached studio with his own kitchenette space, dinning table and fridge. Open plan living but with the right amount of privacy.

Fiber optic Internet connection with wifi throughout the house. AC in all bedrooms, dinning and living room areas. Ceiling fans for natural comfort in all common areas.

BBQ gas grill for cooking while contemplating the ocean.

Proudly designed by Mathew Faulkner and fully furnished with Nicaragua's most beautiful hardwoods the owner himself took his professional skills to create the perfect landscaping around the whole property, preserved most of the big natural trees for shaping a tropical and peaceful abode.

Most amazing stay!
Dave and the staff were amazing! The service the entire stay was top notch. We hired a chef which I highly recommend. The food was soooo good! The house is directly on Panga Drops which was unbelievable. Can not recommend this house and staff enough.

Week in paradise
We had 2 families with 9 people Total in this house and had more than enough room for all of us. The grounds were beautiful and the staff worked nonstop to make sure it remained so. David was truly helpful throughout the whole trip hooking up everything we needed. We’ll be back to both Iguana and this house!
