At the SW corner of the Villas Iguana Beach condos, A18 faces the beach on 2 sides, with wide-open views from the master bedroom (on 2 sides - wake up watching the surf), living room (on 2 sides), dining room (on 2 sides) and kitchen (yep, out 2 directions). Airy and bright. Good luck finding better views or beach access!

Being on the ground floor is a real plus, too. No lugging your luggage or surfboards up and down stairs. Quickest access to the beach. And no palm trees to block your ocean views.

Guests have direct access to great surf breaks in this private development and a 9-hole golf course. There are five restaurants, four bars, a wine bar, two grocery stores and a fully-stocked surf shop. Surfboard rentals available from at least 2 locations. Surf lessons, too.
