Disgusting smelling room and on the app are not the real photos of this room BUGS ALL UP IN EVERYWHERE IN THIS PLACE also they claim that they only have one handicap room with a handicap accessible toilet in the whole place there was no handicap parking by The doors that they suggested us to use to get to the room The water smells like rotten eggs for surely that they're using tap water to make the biscuits and gravy in the morning at the breakfast if you're having backed up poo issues eat the food there or just have a sip of water and you will never be backed up again no idea how this hotel even came through the filter when I had 7 plus star

Check in went fine the room had a high-rise toilet with a bar . The photos that they have for that room are not that room not at all the room smelled like funk there was nasty spit on the wall and the curtain. The water smells like rotten eggsThe whole room had a nasty smell that would not go away no matter how much Lysol air sanitizer or Scentsy was sprayed The beds were not that great neither were the flat pillowsWe did notcare how the cleaning people barged into the room even when I answered the door and said give us 20 minutes to take off andHE LITERALLY PUSHED ME out of the way and still came in and then remove the shower curtain from the bathroom instead of the curtain of the window that had spit on itThey also had BUG on the WALL IN THE ROOMI have no idea how this hotel even popped up when I had the filter at a 7⭐ or better yes the pool was clean so was the hot tub and sauna but just because of establishment has all that does not make it that grade of place to sleep in I literally shook out every item of clothing that we had to make sure that we were not bringing back bugs go to laundromat wash the stuff and then in the dryer I'm finding little dead bugs in our belongings thank goodness I went to the laundromat because I don't need those bugs in my home The biscuits gravy gave myman the screaming memes for the toilet and I do believe that they made it out of tap water because the water smelled like rotten eggs like that Park OAK OPENINGS WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

The hotel and staff are great! The free breakfast every morning is perfect for the start of the day. There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. There is a Cracker Barrel right next door if you are needing or wanting comfort food. The hot tub and sauna is awesome for relaxing after work or playing in the snow.

Room was clean. AC/heat unit quieter than many which made for better sleeping. Staff was courteous and helpful. We left before 7:00 and were disappointed that breakfast did not open at 6:00, which is typical for many.

There was cockroaches everywhere. I told staff and they literally laughed at me. I haven't seen my daughter in over 2 months and was finally in town to see her. She wanted a swimming pool to be able to swim in. So I picked a hotel in Perrysburg just thinking I was good. Man was I wrong. The hotels need an exterminator first, then a major upgrade is definitely due. The curtains are all ripped up. The paint is chipped on the walls everywhere. Just a terrible experience and I will never return. I come back and see my daughter every 2 weeks now and I most certainly won't be going back there.

The first room I was given had roaches so I asked for another room. The next room had black mold in the bathroom. Was it worth it for the price? Maybe. If I needed more rest, the guest who left waffles in the waffle iron for 5 minutes with the alarm going off would have been a dealbreaker. Too dirty, too noisy.

Very dirty rooms !! There was a blood on the bed sheets so i asked to change the rooms. And when they change the room, they put in a room with issue in the TV which the hotel person was very careless to solve it and the AC was nit working properly and the room smells very very bad!! I do not recommend at all
