Cute bungalow on a quiet street near Lake Erie. Great for fishing kayaking and visiting! This home offers a screened in front porch, laundry, shower with safety features. 1 queen bed on 1st floor, 1 futon & office on first floor, upstairs has a double bed in one room and queen in the other room. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, basic items to get your stay started, Kurig & coffee pot. Internet, heat, air & Roku TV in living room.

Overall a great place, and comfortable. A few things that I would recommend is having a curtain or blinds at the back door, everytime we were in the kitchen it just felt like someone could be staring right at us, also maybe don’t have see through curtains in the living room…other than those two big things, the place was clean, nice, and well lit !! Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful

Comfortable home

Overall good & comfortable stay. Bedrooms were comfy. Location was great for our needs. We appreciate the AC for the warm & humid conditions. Supplies are sparse. We were only given 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 3 adults and no paper towels, so come prepared. We would stay here again if we come back to town.

Quaint house

The house was old and nice and as advertised. The only issue we had was the ants in the kitchen. We had to throw out some food and kill a few dozen ants. If you are looking for a well priced house in Toledo, this is a good choice.

This was such a quiet, cozy, comfortable home. What a beautiful neighborhood to stretch our legs around to see the lake and it was close to all the sight seeing we wanted to do in the Toledo area this visit. Great host and communication. Beautiful, clean home.

Great safe neighborhood with amazing sunrise views. House was newly remodeled and clean. Excellent communication with owner. Happy to recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience in this area. Quick drive to downtown Toledo or Oregon. Such a better fit than a hotel. #supportlocal

Stayed here for a work event and it was perfect. Nice neighborhood, walkable to the shoreline. Convenient to stores. Very clean and quiet. Host was very communicative and quick to reply.

The place is great for a single person. There was only one garbage can located in the kitchen for the whole facility. So, if you are a woman needing to dispose of sanitary waste, you had to do it in the kitchen waste basket. Also, all but one bed was useable. Thank God we had an inflatable mattress. I am a petite person and if anyone larger slept on the bed it would have caved in. On the whole, it is great for a single person or more than one person if you are traveling with inflatable mattress.

Nice old house about a block from the water, which you can only see from the street. AC is good with significant difference between upstairs and downstairs temps. Decent beds and kitchen. Good shower. Host didn't forward accessibility information until specifically requested the night before we arrived. Somewhat indifferently apppointed and take care of. Dryer in laundry was running with a full load when we arrived late at night. One wastebasket in entire place. Sticky kitchen floor and dirty dishes in cupboard. Non-stick frying pans should be discarded. Only a 6" square cutting board. Owner graciously granted refund for unused day due to booking mix-up

We stayed at this home while visiting my husband’s friends and family in Maumee — his hometown. It was my first time in Ohio, and we really enjoyed exploring the area and admiring the beautiful older architecture. The location is peaceful, and having two bedrooms across from each other worked perfectly for our family.The host explained that the bed frame and box spring had to be cut to fit up the stairs, which helped us understand the situation better. However, the bed still felt unstable. Our bedding also had stains, so we ended up rewashing all of it ourselves. The carpet in the main room and the couches had visible stains as well, and the towels were quite worn.Even with these issues, we appreciated the opportunity to stay in this historic home and felt blessed to spend time reconnecting with family and visiting places like Cedar Point with our daughter.
