"Beautiful hotel, with the best location in San Sebastian, in front of La Concha and its boardwalk! The staff is great!"

"Good location however, a 20-30 minute walk to city center. Buses nearby. Upon our arrival, they held our luggage until check in. However, at checkout, you have to use lockers in the hotel if you want storage at 4.5 E per hour. Internet was fine. Bed was fine. Pillows were way too mushy. Room could been cleaner."
