“Nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento y todo estaba perfecto. Cuando tuvimos algún problema, nos atendieron rápidamente y fueron muy amables. Volveremos con total seguridad.”

Por la noche, nos costó encontrar el dispensador de llaves. Además, el color de los botones de control ya no es muy visible. Sería recomendable añadir algunas fotos para facilitar la tarea. “Estuvimos muy a gusto con todo. Agradecemos mucho a la chica de la oficina (creo que se llamaba Julia) quien nos apoyó a recibir la maleta de mi hija que se había atrasado en el vuelo. Lo único que nos hizo falta fueron pañuelos deshechables (kleenex) y jabor líquido de manos, pero sin problema pudimos irlos a comprar. It was in very central location so perfect for exploring. Previous reviews mention a noisy bar directly beneath the apartment. They are correct. But we didn’t find it interfered with our stay. “We enjoyed our time in San Sebastián and our stay in this apartment was a large part of making our stay comfortable. We traveled there with two young kids and they enjoyed the space and openness of the apartment. The location was perfect for our needs and was very convenient with a supermarket and restaurants very close by. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a 6 night stay. “Kitchen & amenities were very poor. It was not possible to make your own meals. There is no kitchen sink! Needed to clean glasses in the bathroom. This is very unsanitary! Small fridge was on the floor & difficult to access with the furniture next to it. It was difficult to put anything in & take anything out. Shower door opened to the inside making it difficult to get in and out.”
