Para el costo que tienen por noche, me parece que ya le hace falta mantenimiento, la tina estaba rota y pellizcaba,el lavabo también estaba quebrado,la secadora de cabello también estaba en muy malas condiciones me salió una araña y no me hicieron la limpieza hasta que marqué a recepción a las 4 de la tarde

Me parece FATAL que a pesar de que en el sitio web de Expedia mencionan claramente que el precio del desayuno por adulto es de 280 MXN, de forma arbitraria y sin dar más explicaciones lo subieran hasta 390 MXN, solicite una revisión por parte del gerente del restaurante y solo dijo "Señor, el precio es de 390 pesos." A pesar de que les mostraba su propio anuncio no respetaron nada de lo que les estaba mostrando, además el personal no fue muy atento y tenía que estar persiguiendo a meseros y personal para recibir atencion de cosas básicas como cubiertos, servilletas, café... El hotel está muy lindo y en buenas condiciones, creo que no hay queja por esa parte, pero deberían prestar atención en eso porque definitivamente no fue la mejor experiencia por el precio de la estancia y mucho menos del restaurante (ya que no va incluido). En resumen, buenas instalaciones, servicio deficiente.

Es un hotel bonito, el personal es muy amable y atento. Solo pondría reglas en la zona de albercas para que no metan niños con inflables en el área de hidromasaje, tienen mucho espacio en las demás albercas.

La habitación cómoda y limpia!! Lo mejor fue el Spa realmente te hacen sentir súper bien el masaje holistico con Karen fue excelente. Y el masaje con cuencos estuvo genial con Denisse felicidades a ambas y gracias por sus atenciones
