“I hosted my brother’s bachelor party here for a weekend, and everyone was very pleased overall. It is not a particularly new or clean place, true to its rural WI setting, but it is perfectly suited to a group and has great communal spaces both indoor and outdoor. Note that this is a BARE BONES place, you have to bring many of your own essentials. Be very thoughtful/planful! We thought we had everything but forgot some kind of utensil to clean dishes with. “We were happy that the owner continued to plow the driveway during the huge snowstorm. We had to be out on the road by 7:30 AM on Saturday and the plow guy got us done early. Beds were very comfortable. The unit has definitely seen some ware. Kitchen island face is coming apart. One of the fallout of a sleepers when in couch form Is very broken down to the point where you sink into the couch. The table and chairs are very rickety. The hot tub was so nice on these cold days!
