“Our family a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Jerusalem. The building itself is full of history and charm, giving a truly authentic experience. Everything was spotless and well-kept, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the owners went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Their hospitality made us feel like family. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem! We can’t wait until our next……
“This is a perfect location right next to the city wall. Great architecture and very polite staff. The view and food in the Wine and Cheese Restaurant on the top floor was excellent. But I am not a big fan for wine and cheese but mainly refer to the dinner. Wifi is not reliable in room. Some electric socket was switched off in the main switch. Towels are old. But for the location I still give it a 5.”
“The location in old city is so convenient to shopping and sightseeing. Having the breakfast in the ancient building was so delightful. I would not forget the view on the roof. So impressive.”
“I stayed at the Hotel Kaplan for a three week study program which was a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide you with the essentials, nothing more. While not an upscale hotel, the owners Eli and Nathan are very welcoming and are definitely part of the experience of staying there. A kitchen is available if you want to do light cooking. The rooms include a small refrigerator which is great for keeping drinks cool. The hotel is off Jaffa St. directly across from……
“I’ve booked one night and then have booked another one since it was really nice.
The only thing would be nicer to improve, is communication between the flat company and the client.
Beside that, the flat is so very nice, quite, cozy, with everything you need and even Netflix.
location is near to the centre and old town is 20 min walking.
I would love to get back here on my next trip.

“To get a 2 bedroom suite at this price was a great, but then you factor in the amazing location, and this place is a gem! The suite had 2 bathrooms, which made our family of 4 very happy. The water was hot, and the rooms were clean, not spotless. When you factor in the low price, we were very happy with everything. When you're this close to the Jaffa Gate, the pedestrian-only shopping streets, and the Mamilla Mall, you never need transportation, but if you do, the train is a block away. One……
“I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, I stayed there for 8 nights, the staff are friendly and helpful.
Pros: location closest to everywhere in the city, friendly staff
Cons: sometimes the room is not thoroughly cleaned, the floor is not mopped sometimes ”
