"I have stayed in many hotels around the world for work, and for holidays. This is by far the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in, hands-down. The building itself is extraordinary, and the furnishings and decoration are exquisite. The food is SUPERB. The gym is better than most professional ones, the pool and grounds are gorgeous too, but the most remarkable part is the service. The staff at this hotel, without one single exception, are all so kind and warmly welcoming. Incredibly comfortable bed too! Just go here, trust me. It’s like stepping into another world."

"This booking was a nightmare from start to finish. I think it's a scam listing, and I'm still trying to get my money back! The host was unresponsive. I kept sending them messages to get a confirmation from them, and I never heard back.Vrbo sent me a 'Keys to your trip' email with an address for the property that went to an empty lot. The taxi driver was just as confused as I was. In the end, I had to book myself into a hotel because I couldn't find the property using the details provided to me. I spoke to a Vrbo agent about getting reimbursed. They called the property manager, who finally responded. The property manager was meant to cancel the trip so that I could get reimbursed, but that hasn't happened. I'm not sure if I'll ever get my money back at this rate.Do yourself a favor, avoid this place! "
