"We were greeted and our bed preferences were accommodated quickly. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had booked a private driver through Viator who no-showed; Nhien at the front desk helped us book a last-minute private driver through the hotel instead. Zero credit card fees. Pickup within minutes! The bellboys were also extremely helpful - one lent me his phone to try to call the no-show driver. He also helped us book a Grab to the Citadel the following day. We have no complaints. This establishment really goes above & beyond. We highly recommend!"

"Basics were met. Air conditioning functioned but not perfectly (also unusually hot so acceptable I guess), there was a roach in the bathroom which was a bit disappointing and uncleanly. Also wish shower products were provided. Overall okay stay."
