“Never a dull moment in this amazing house, every corner you turn you find something intriguing to look at. Something to do for the kids, pool, pool table, yard to play in, nice quiet neighborhood, I highly recommend staying here.”

“Great spot for a weekend visit!”

“Very comfortable stay”

“The house was even nicer than the pictures. Spacious bedrooms and living room/kitchen were perfect for our group and the trees/plants in the back yard made it hard to believe we were sitting on a back porch in a neighborhood. Also a nice walk to main street if you don’t mind the heat. We will definitely stay again if we’re in the Tomball area.”

“Wonderful property that met our needs beautifully! Great for large family gatherings”

“Property was outstanding. My relatives loved it. Only thing to improve on is there were no face rags. Would be nice to have some of those”

“Great house, great location, kitchen well stocked, the host is wonderful and understanding. One negative, the guy directly across the street will park directly behind the driveway. Apparently his truck has been hit multiple times. I feel as though it’s a scam that he does on purpose to collect insurance money. So back into the driveway so you don’t run the risk of backing into his truck that he wants you to hit to nail your insurance. Other than that, all was great! Would stay here again! ”

“If you are looking for a place to stay and not be there much, this would be a cost effective option for you. However, if you hope to "enjoy" your VRBO, stay somewhere else. The house needs love. We saw a couple of Texas sized roaches during our stay. Lots of small ants were all over the rag in the sink in the morning. There was no clean sponge, dishrag, or drying towel. The bathroom towel holder fell off as soon as I touched it to hang a towel. The master bathroom toilet doesn't flush……

“Great location for us! House was very clean and was not used and abused in any way. Location was excellent for our needs and just around the corner from our daughter's house. Perfect.”

“Location was perfect! Stayed here to go to the Renaissance Festival and The Woodlands. It's right next to a H-E-B to pickup groceries and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is clean and modern with driveway parking and easy keypad access. The bed linens are soft with plenty of pillows and blankets. If you have long hair, I recommended taking your own toiletries as the shampoo and conditioner actually tangled mine. But again, there's a H-E-B right there if you need to pick some up. We……

“fantastic stay. very clean. only problem was we couldn't stay longer”

“Wonderful stay. Clean and well appointed house with great pool and hot tub.”

“Upon arrival, I pulled into the private driveway for the garage and opened the gate to a beautiful patio with a hot tub and comfortable seating area. As soon as I walked into the tiny home, I was amazed by how spacious it felt. Every piece of furniture and decor was thoughtfully chosen to maximize the space while creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. I couldn’t believe how much was included without it ever feeling cramped. The home was stocked with everything we could possibly need from shampoo,……

“Property was very clean and well maintained. Check in and out instructions were easy to follow overall. We did not expect to have a direct access door leading from the main property into the hallway of the rental and felt a slight bit uneasy about privacy but overall it was a great stay.”

“Vivian was very easy to work with! The process was smooth and the property was just as detailed.”
