「Was ok. Staff could’ve been more helpful especially to foreigners. The woman wouldn’t even help me book a taxi. Something so simple. I had to go to the family mart and they helped me call a taxi with no issue.」

「Very comfortable and convenient hotel!」

「Very nice onsen with sea view」

「I’m」

「Location extremely convenient. Right on top of the metro/train hub, shopping mall and local back alley restaurants all within 5 mins walk, walking distance to the high end consulate/museum district. Hotel itself very clean, amenities sufficient. Will come back next time.」

「nice place and close with station.」

「The room with the outdoor onsen is at the lowest floor. Unfortunately the corridor is with the smell of mould and the smell is very serious within the room. Cockroaches were found and I did kill one at 4 am. I told the reception staff at check-out in the morning, appears that they did not show any care about this.」
