"Check in and check out super easy, staff were all friendly and helpful. I think it was in a great location, quick walk to restaurants/bars/coffee shops. Lot of local vendor nearby. Can walk to party street if you wanted to as well or quick grab. Bathroom was great. I would absolutely stay here again"

"Staff was great and so was the location. I wish we had double pillows, I prefer two, the water didn’t drain well in the shower and we had a lot of flies, not sure how unavoidable this is, in the shower as well. Past that, and some dated items, the room was clean, ac was cold, staff was friendly. For the price. Perfect. I have amenities a three because outside of rooms there isn’t much. Again, this is ok but want to rate fairly."

"Nina, the front desk staff at T7 provides great customer service. The hotel tuk tuk service is great! Breakfast spread is not fantastic. When we check in, the front desk staff (did not get her name) told us breakfast spread at T2 and T6 are the same. We ate at T6 (smaller cafe) for the entire stay but last day we found out T2 has way better spread. Felt we were misled by the front desk staff"

"If you’re looking for a shiny new hotel run by a multinational corporation then this place isn’t for you. But if you want a hotel with charm and character then this place is pretty great. It is unique. The gardens are wonderful. This is a little natural oasis in the middle of the city. And the staff are wonderful too."

"The breakfast is a basic buffet and well-maintained. The hot food is mostly lukewarm, like all hot food in Thailand. I did try to get a sunny-side-up fried egg. That did not work out well on either day."
