Beautiful little cottage, lots to do on the property- our boys loved the mini golf and splashing in the river. It was very rugged terrain, but well maintained and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day!

Peaceful retreat

It was quiet, relaxing and fun. The property is gorgeous, the treasure hunt was great fun as well as the putt putt golf. Star gazing from the hot tub was awesome. Walking the river and enjoying the beach there was tranquil. Everyone in the community was very nice and friendly with plenty of things to do and see.

Nice Getaway

My family and I had a good time. A beautiful property with fun for the kids. A good property to walk around and stretch the legs. The hot tub under the stars is the highlight! A little close to the main house for privacy, but a very nice and inviting host.

Amazing getaway

It was an amazing time! The peace and quite is unmatchable. The beauty of this place is breathtaking. We definitely enjoyed our time while staying at the cozy cottage. The locals are so kind and dont forget to stop by Not dougs southern kitchen. The breakfast is scrumptious and the strawberry shakes are the best we've ever had!

Beautiful place to stay

This was a truly amazing property. The treasure hunt was a blast and a great way to get to know the land! It’s quite a massive property and offers so much space for exploration. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. You also need to check out the nearby restaurant “not Doug’s” - the food is delicious and the owners are so lovely. There is so much to do on the property, so you’ll never be board even though it’s far from any large towns!

A little underwhelming.

It was smaller than I expected. I didn’t realize that the main house was just across the yard. The miniature golf course was fun. There was a nice variety of games in the house. The grounds were beautiful and the treasure hunt sounded fun. We didn’t use the hot tub because it was in clear view of the main house and we prefer privacy.

Beautiful property Loved the treasure hunt hike and the treasure at the end! Such a great wilderness getaway from home Would come back in a heart beat and recommend to all our friends The hot tub was an absolute plus! The stars at night while in the hot tub is just so peaceful. Thank you for the great stay for our birthday weekend!
