“We had a fabulous time at Casa dos Chuchos. Antonio & Eva are great hosts offering local cultural insights and destinations of interest. They were also very responsive to any questions or problem we were facing. Their house is very comfortable with an abundance of character. If you enjoy ‘historical architecture’, Carregal do Viriato is the place to stay. The neighbourhood buildings, narrow streets & cobblestone roads transport you to the past.Thank you Antonio & Eva for a memorable week, and we……

“This is by far the best property I've ever booked through Expedia. The house sits on the edge of a beautiful working farm, across an ancient Roman bridge. A lovely ten-minute walk into town, you cross another bridge that offers a spectacular view the river.
The owners live nearby and are the most hospitable and generous hosts imaginable, sharing fresh produce from their farm and knowledge of the area.”

“We had a wonderful stay in this lovely little house with our family (kids aged 10, 12, and 14). The location is absolutely stunning and so peaceful, the perfect spot to unwind. The house itself is simple but very charming, and we loved having our meals under the big oak tree. The domain is beautiful and incredibly well thought-out for something so small-scale. The swimming pool was fantastic and there’s badminton, volleyball, basketball, plenty of games, showers and toilets at the pool, and a……
