The location was absolutely perfect—right inside Sunshine City Mall, which made it so easy to grab food, do a little shopping, or just wander without going far. The staff were consistently warm and helpful, and the customer service was excellent throughout my stay. My room was clean and refreshed daily, complete with new robes and slippers, which felt like a nice touch after long days out in Tokyo. Being in Ikebukuro was ideal too—just about a 10-minute walk from the Yamanote Line, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere in the city. I would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Tokyo. Highly recommend!"

"We loved the location of this hotel, very close to the Ginza line and shopping and restaurants. It was also quite close to the Asakusa line making access to the airports direct and easy. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They offer daily cleaning (full on some days and partial on others). You let them know what your preferences are via a tablet in the room. We unfortunately forgot to turn off the "do not disturb" setting on ours one day and didn't get the room cleaned but that was our fault, not theirs! I would not hesitate to stay here again."

It’s so close to everything (shopping, food and Ueno nightlife) and I was able to get to and from Narita Airport in approximately 45 minutes. Bonus: The hotel is right across the streets from the Ueno train station. "
