“We had a wonderful time on our KC girls’ trip! Great house, quiet, clean. Plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. Location was perfect for us. Owner responded quickly and was gracious to allow us to park a car in the driveway before check-in. Appreciated too the bottle of wine, snacks, bottled water and sodas the owner provided. Loved the spacious front porch, where we sat one morning to talk and enjoy the beautiful morning. Overall, I would highly recommend.”

“Property at the end of this cul-de-sac worked great for us three brothers and our families to stay for a weekend getaway. Place was clean and as advertised. Updated bathrooms worked well. Location was nice for city day trips and plenty of room for the 13 of us to spread out. Cousins did lots of hide and seek. the pictured chess table was our family jigsaw puzzle table for the weekend. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars was that the kitchen was oddly lacking some "normal" items.……

Front desk in-polite in check-in.
"Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This is amont worst service for all the hotels I stayed on Hotels.com"
