The room was clean, bathroom tiny, couldn't fill the jug in the bathroom basin. My room was downstairs and the guests in the room above, you could hear walking around and ceiling creaked every time they moved around.

Room was one of the cabins. Basically a metal box that a room was made of. No closet. No place to hang anything up. Heater small for room and took a while to heat the space. The hotel is in a great location. Walkable to many restaurants.

Clean and cosy rooms. Central to the mountain and town. Very nice room layout! Washer/ dryer available in the villa. Check in process could be improved. We arrived earlier in the day and no one around to help us check in. We left and returned hours later and still no one to check us in. Another person ...

Used Tongariro crossing shuttle really friendly driver and convenient pick up with parking at ski biz. Booking online was easy and if you are doing the crossing you need a shuttle as departing and arrival are two different locations.
