A large Zen-style house that can accommodate up to two families (9 people + cot) with its garden just for you and your children. Spacious very bright living room (57 m2). A master suite with a private bathroom including a spa bath as in an institute (organic essential oils provided). A "perched room" of 15 m2 with 3 individual beds. A large bedroom for a second parental couple with direct access to the upstairs bathroom by private corridor. A small attic bedroom with two beds. Outdoor games (giant chess game, ping pong, basketball hoop). Board games and books or magazines (science and junior life for example) for your children.

Otherwise, for a relaxing weekend for two, you can chain a professional balneo bathtub (cycles of 20 min) and why not the services of a professional masseuse (Californian and Ayrudevic massage of RELAXATION ONLY) to spend an excellent cocooning weekend ...

The serenity of the countryside near Rochefort-sur-Mer (10 minutes away, you can visit the Hermione or the house of Pierre Loti). The first beaches (FOURAS) are 15 minutes away with breathtaking views of FORT BOYARD. The essential 4 islands with landscapes so different from our beautiful region: Oléron, Ré, Aix and Madame.

The largest, "Oléron la lumière", the second largest French island in size. A natural site still preserved with magnificent sandy beaches where surfers will have fun and for history enthusiasts the Citadel of Château d'Oléron, Fort Boyard or the Lighthouse of Chassiron. Without forgetting the tasting of the famous "Marennes-Oléron" oysters to please the taste buds.

Departure off La Rochelle to discover "Ré la blanche". Saint Martin de Ré is listed as a World Heritage Site. For cycling fans, the many cycle paths encourage you to discover the treasures of the island at your own pace (sandy beaches, salt marshes, pine forests, all bathed in unique light).

The most charming in our opinion, the island of Aix is above all known for a prestigious host who stayed there: Napoleon Bonaparte. Departure by boat from FOURAS (15 minutes from the house), you can go there only by bicycle which allows a real break. Certain coves remind us of Corsica. Time has stood still on the Isle of Aix for your enjoyment.

Finally the tiny Madame Island (75 hectares) accessible on foot at low tide from Port des Barques. The guaranteed charm of a family walk. Do not be surprised by the tide ;-)

As for sport, gym nearby (800 meters - 1st free session so go at least once if it tempts you) and golf with driving range and 9-hole course (SAINT LAURENT DE LA PRE), beaches some of which (on Oléron for example - go to "la Grande Plage") with very invigorating waves ...
