“The thought and detail put into every aspect of this home is impeccable. It is welcoming, clean, comfortable, private, very functional, and tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are huge. The kitchen had every necessary appliance and serving tray. The screened porch was an excellent spot to watch the rain/storms pass with the various seating options (and 3 fans!). “Very beautiful view of Lake from the House. It is a 20 -25 minute drive to Milledgeville, but love the peaceful atmosphere of the home. The Boat Dock has an outlet so that you can charge your boat. The Boat Ramp is about 10 minutes around the Lake (Cosby's Landing), but when you get the Boat in, it is diagonal from the House.”

“We decided to get away last minute for Mother’s Day and this property was available. We didn’t need all the frills. Just a place to rest and enjoy the scenery. This place fit the need. The house was quaint. The hot tub was enjoyable and the views were perfect. I think I stayed on the back deck the whole weekend. Plus we got to bring our dog and he loved it too. It was very comfy for our small family.”

“The house was great for our multi-family vacation. It was located in a quiet cove which was perfect for fishing, swimming, and kayaking. The only downside to the property was the available parking for boat trailers and multiple vehicles. Overall, it was a great vacation spot!”

“This house was unique with great common areas and sleeping quarters. Bonus building gave us plenty of beds to stay in. Pool table and ping pong kept us busy the day it rained. Plenty of parking!”

“The home is very nice and well kept. We enjoyed our stay. The golf cart provided was a HUGE help since the walk to the lake in very steep. We caught a few nice crappie from the dock and enjoyed the fire pit at night. The kids had a blast in the game room. Overall, an excellent stay!!”

“This is a great lake house! We enjoyed the views and the quiet of the neighborhood. Some in our group swam from the dock. Some floats and swim towels are provided. We were in town to celebrate a Georgia College graduation, and the house provided the perfect place to gather and celebrate afterwards. The outdoor space is very accommodating, with several different seating areas, and inviting, while the indoor space is super comfortable. Perfect for what we needed!”

Ernie was very accomodating on allowing us to use dock to tie up our boat. The propery view was relaxing. We will definitely come back.”
