「Unique property but has its drawbacks. Without a car you are relying on the hotel shuttle service which is apparently only offered when it suits them. This led to us missing the opportunity to enjoy the pools and left us rushing for our evening tour.
Some confusion also as to the availability of room service meant more inconvenience. Some staff could do with further training in how to deal with customer complaints effectively at the time they occur. Having stayed at many similar resorts around...

「My wife uses a wheelchair. The assessable room is perfect for someone with limited mobility. There is no off street parking. Street parking in front of units is unrestricted. The breakfast provisions are more than adequate and the communal kitchen is the best that I seen anywhere. Location is great over the road from the Pretoria Hotel that has a great dinner menu.」

「I did not expect shared amenities, that wasn't clear when I booked. Took skin off my knee and pulled threads on clothes on the wall in the room, it was so sharp. There is no sound barrier to the hall, you hear everything everyone is saying. On the bright side, the staff were lovely.」
