The contract cleaning staff do not clean properly, that's the only down side.

「The next room of ours was extremely noisy one night, they were drunk and they spank the door and shouted loudly at the corridor. The hotel should have phones inside each room for guests to communicate with them at anytime. Otherwise everything is just perfect and is good value of money.」

The room is tidy and the share facilities are clean. I think the staffs are friendly as well... unfortunately the holiday is near the train station, so you may feel it's noisy but I think it's acceptable. A nice experience with Granville hotel.」
