不满意：员工和服务，清洁度
We enjoyed the convenience of the property; and stayed here overnight before. However, upon check-in, one room wreaked of marijuana / weed scent. It was clearly evident that the guest room adjacent to their room was marijuana-smoked filled. The hallway smelled like marijuana. We requested another room, and it was provided at the opposite end of the hall, which was clean and smelled fresh. Hotel staff was unable to accommodate a different room on the same floor for 2nd room so we kept the room located across the hall from the “marijuana” room. After a 9-hour drive, late night check-in, we were exhausted, sprayed our room to mask the marijuana scent, and endured the unusually dusty room with a “not so clean” bathroom with rusted fixtures.
The staff person did apologize, but seemed aware and unaffected when we shared concerns.
