Nice house near Capitol
We had a several day event at the Topeka Capitol building. The house fit our needs well. It was clean and had good parking for 2 possibly 3 cars in driveway. The beds were comfortable and towels soft.

Swim Meet
I chose this property because it looked nice online and was close to the pool (we were attending a swim meet at Capitol Fed Natatorium). The house was perfect! Cute, clean and great location. We would highly recommend!

Comfortable family visit
This is a charming home, very well kept and in a lovely neighborhood. The owners were friendly and responsive. Their care for this property was obvious in the beautiful decor. It was altogether comfy and pleasing!

Overall summary
Much nicer for the family to stay together in a house rather than a hotel. Two bedrooms and a bath on the first floor,made it easier on the older folks like me.Everything you needed was in this house so you would enjoy your stay.Nicely decorated.Only thing lacking was handicap facilities,and good non-slip rugs in the bathroom,and in front of the front door inside.
