“The staff was excellent and breakfast was great every morning. The amenities were okay, nothing special. Rooms were clean but could be cleaner. We booked an executive suite and it worked for us but was a bit crammed.”

“I had a big complaint, one night a had a broking window on my truck and nobody help me plus they never went to my room and told me that I had a broking window i knew when I was leaving😡that is so sad from your behalf, you need to have better security on your property I hope that can resolved the problem need to be gated all the hotel not only for few cars need to take care to the people that book in your property keep better service!!!!”

“My family has two rooms in there. All of us didn’t have a sleep in the room. Big noise from Ventilation ducts. That’s my worst experience with hotel. I call service and ask change room, and I didn’t get it.”

“The air conditioning is why I rate it at a 5. It was nice and cold. The room was the right size and I loved that it had a little lounge and table. The pool was a plus as well. After 10 p.m. we were able to sit in the pool area patio with our own drinks (beer). We weren’t rushed or given a time limit. We stayed up well after midnight. In addition, there’s a coffee shop and Burger boy in walking distance.”

“Our stay over July 4th weekend was nice, lovely resort, nice rooms, pretty lobby and grounds. The fireworks show was SPECTACULAR! Very well done! The one area that could use improvement is the pool staff-they were not very attentive at all-most people had to go to the bar to order drinks/food. They do put flags on each set of chairs that you can raise when you need something but those were basically ignored. Everything else was great-also a shuttle service to the shops at La Cantera where……

“Parking is inconvenient, have to pay diferent from hotel bill, Parking expires before your check out. Should be the same time. I will not be going back there again.”

“While our room was clean and the cleaning staff kept up the foyer and swimming area cleanly. The front desk could have been more helpful. I called with a minor issue with our room and the young man that answered the phone was not very helpful. I wasn’t sure if our conversation was over until I realized he hung up. I understand he may have had a long work day, but my family and I also had a long travel day. It would have been nice if he at least pretended to care about my issue.”

“Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price. The location is convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the pool was excellent. It was also a quiet place, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s rest. Unfortunately, there were several issues that would keep me from staying here again. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, with very limited variety, and unfortunately one member of our group became sick after eating it. Our room also had several……
